Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and flavors of southern France! Join me on this mother and daughter led women’s retreat at the lovely Chateau de Bardouly for a week of slowing down, finding stillness, and nurturing your body through daily yoga and meditation. Wander the lush grounds, enjoy healthy farm to table meals prepared by our French chef, tastings of regional wines, and creative art experiences.
