Restorative Yoga class with Janet Crawley

Reduce stress in your body without strenuous activity in this series of six restorative yoga classes.  By using props such as blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters to support the different parts of your body, you will gently relax into stretching postures by using gravity and the weight of the body. These poses will quiet your mind and calm your nervous system to open and release the places where stress is held in the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips and legs. Using breathwork and guided meditation techniques, you’ll bring the body into balance and access the deeper wisdom that resides within you.
